Coffee Cardamom
2 Glasses
Smoothie
4 tbsp strong coffee, cold
400 ml oat milk, or almond milk
2 ml cardamom
2 bananas
2 ice cubes
For Serving
4-5 ice cubes

This is perfect on a hot summer day as an alternative to ice coffee. Cardamom is said to neutralize the negative aspects of coffee, and it tastes really good. The bananas are natural sweeteners in this smoothie, but if you usually have sugar in your coffee, you may want to add a little bit of agave syrup or honey.

Make strong coffee and let it cool.

Blend coffee, oat milk, cardamom, banana and ice into a smooth drink.

Put a few ice cubes into large glasses and add the drink. Serve immediately.
