1 banana
100 ml soy flour
100 ml water, boiling
100 ml vanilla protein powder
200 ml oats, gluten-free
100 ml shredded coconut
100 ml sunflower seeds
50 ml flaxseeds
3 tbsp malt syrup
50 ml mixed nuts
50 ml dried fruit
1 tsp cinnamon

Protein bars are a perfect snack in between meals or after workout when you want to recover quickly.

Turn on the oven to 175°C. Line a oven-tray with a baking paper.

Mash the banana. Roughly chop the dried fruit and nuts.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour boiling water on top of the mixture. Mix.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
