Protein Bars

100 ml | soy flour |
100 ml | water, boiling |
100 ml | vanilla protein powder |
200 ml | oats, gluten-free |
100 ml | shredded coconut |
100 ml | sunflower seeds |
50 ml | flaxseeds |
3 tbsp | malt syrup |
50 ml | mixed nuts |
50 ml | dried fruit |
1 tsp | cinnamon |
Protein bars are a perfect snack in between meals or after workout when you want to recover quickly.

Turn on the oven to 175°C. Line a oven-tray with a baking paper.

Mash the banana. Roughly chop the dried fruit and nuts.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Pour boiling water on top of the mixture. Mix.

Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
