Ginger, Honey and Lemon

200 ml | Turkish yogurt |
2 tsp | fresh ginger, grated |
1 tbsp | honey |
2 tsp | lemon juice |
3 | ice cubes |
Ginger has been grown since ancient times in Asia and is a big part of our food history. It's said to be the most widespread plant in the world after pepper. It has aniti-inflammatory characteristics and increases blood circulation.

Peel and grate the ginger.

Put in a blender along with yogurt, honey and ice cubes. Squeeze the lemon.
