Ginger, Honey and Lemon
2 Glasses
200 ml Turkish yogurt
2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp lemon juice
3 ice cubes

Ginger has been grown since ancient times in Asia and is a big part of our food history. It's said to be the most widespread plant in the world after pepper. It has aniti-inflammatory characteristics and increases blood circulation.

Peel and grate the ginger.

Put in a blender along with yogurt, honey and ice cubes. Squeeze the lemon.

Blend everything into a smooth drink. Serve as a refreshing alternative to tea when someone you care about has a cold.
